Supporting the energy transition in Ivory Coast
With more than 50 years of experience in Africa, EDF is helping to provide access to electricity for more than one million people.
Meeting the energy challenges
As a long-standing partner of the electricity sector in Ivory Coast, EDF created EDF-CI, its Ivorian subsidiary, in 2016 with the ambition of improving access to electricity and enabling its partners to meet the increasing energy needs of communities against a background of economic and demographic growth.
